HB2414 / HB4331 – Increases penalties for the illicit manufacture and distribution of fentanyl.
HB3210 – Makes it when a person knowingly and unlawfully sell or dispense any scheduled drug containing a detectable amount of fentanyl is guilty of a Class X felony and shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 9 years and not more than 40 years or fined not more than $250,000, or both.
HB3203 – Legalizes fentanyl detection test strips for purchase over the counter.
