Top 10 finalists for New State Flag

The Illinois Flag Commission has announced the top 10 finalists for the new state flag design competition. Starting in January, the public will be able to weigh in on their favorite design, choosing between the 10 finalists, the current state flag, or one of Illinois’ historic state flags.
